Abortion

So this is the speech I will be giving tomorrow at the Right to Life contest:) Just thought I should share it. (sorry about miss spellings;)) Their is a quote by the beloved book and now movie Horton hears a Who. This quote states that “A person is a person no matter how small” As many of us love this story have you ever thought of this quote. The whole story is based on that statement, A person is a person no matter how small. In our day and age we acknowledge that a 1 month old is a person just as much as a 55 year old. Though size is different they are both people. And although some people may see eye to eye about as much as a pastor and atheist do, they are both people. The Legal Dictionary states murder as “killing with no legal excuse or authority.” We all realize taking life is wrong. But to what point? This seems like a silly question, however it is a very under valued question. In America out of every 10 women 4 will have an abortion. But abortion to most women is not murder, they are not taking life, they are merely taking unwanted tissue. Again the Legal Definition is “killing with no legal excuse or authority.” Is not wanting a person a good enough excuse to murder them? Or do you have authority to take life if it's depending on you for it? Allow me to ask a simple question, how do you know I am alive? I'm breathing and I have a heart beat, right? Those are the two most obvious ways to tell if something is alive. From conception the entire genetic code is there. Within 2 to 3 weeks there is a discernible heart beat. Most women don't even find out they are pregnant till around 5 weeks. And with in 8 weeks brain waves are present in the fetus. At 12-13 weeks the baby can suck its thumb and recoils from pain. Pastor R. C. Sproul says “Some people call it sewage, but I have never seen a sewage with brain waves or a heart beat. It is a human life.” TFP Student Action states on there website that Abortion is “The slippery slope. Yesterday it was contraception. Today it's abortion and same-sex "marriage." Will it be widespread euthanasia tomorrow? Then what...? Once abortion is universally accepted, what logical arguments will stop euthanasia and other forms of murder and brutality?” We as a people are becoming so selfish, that we can talk ourselves into killing people that are an inconvenience. Jeremiah 1:5 says “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.” God says He created us and knew us even before conception. How can we in the earlier stages of life say it's not life when the one who made and gave it says it is. Not only does God say its life but He has a purpose and plan for that life. Pro-choice people say it is the woman’s choice. 36 year old Gianna Jessen at 7 1/2 months was aborted, or was supposed to be. However she survived. She says “If abortion is merely about woman's rights, what where mine? There was no feminist yelling about my rights, in fact there was only a women killing my rights.” After all I have shown about it being a real human, here is another question, do they have rights? Why wouldn't they? Does a person who is mute have rights? Would we really justify killing them because they didn't say other wise? Proverbs 31:8 “Open your mouth for the speechless, In the cause of all who are appointed to die.” Open your mouth it says, not vote against it and if it still goes through raise your shoulder and say “oh well, I did what I could.” Open your mouth for the speechless and weak, not do whatever you want God will be happy. It says open your mouth for those appointed to die, 55,772,015 woman have made appointments for an abortion. Appointments for death, death to those who have rights but cannot speak of them. At South western women's clinic in southern Texas Dr. Curtis Boyd a late term abortionist states “ Am I killing, Yes I am. I know that.” “Strengthen the weak hands, And make firm the feeble knees.” Isaiah 35:3 A day is coming when we will stand before God. We will answer for what we have done, or not done. In that moment we will realize there is no one to point at but yourself. God will ask about you. You can't shift the blame. Or say you voted without hesitating but when confronted with it said it didn't really matter? Or you were to busy to change someones heart? What will you say when God says “I heard millions of cries, babies, unborn, being burned alive in the womb, sucked out or torn apart of there mothers womb, tell me why you turned your back?” Are you doing everything you can to stand up for someones life? To help those who have had an abortion and now suffer their loss. I am asking you to care, care about those around you. To not look down and keep walking. To see the murder, pain and abuse and act upon it. Remember a persons a person no matter how small.

Don't ever give up.

There are always those time's when I think life is to hard, it's not fair and I just want to give up. But then I think, think about Christ on the cross. Was he thinking "This is to hard, this isn't fair. I should just give up" No. And how much harder was His life then mine could ever be? Don't ever give up. God is good and His love never ends....♥
Matthew 25:23 “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’

Teens and talking..

First: Sorry the title is really lame.

Seconed: After having a great talk with my parents I realized just how much we as teens underestimate our parents and there wisdom. And I don't know why we think that? It's like...Like this. I want to be a singer/musician and I knew Taylor Swift or Martina McBride but I never asked them any tips on singing or anything!....How dumb would that be! And I am sure you think du!? I don't even want to be a singer and I would still ask! So this is just a little encouragement from me....Talk to your parents!!! They are really amazing! God put them in your life for a reason and it wasn't just to help you take your first steps, but to help you truly run to Him! :)
Just a thought!

A late Valentines day!:)

I know it's kinda late but I just wanted to post anyway!:)

Honestly I have no idea where this holiday came from but, it is a good day to stop and think about everyone you love. And to think about the greatest love. The love God gave us on the cross so many years ago. Think about what he did and pray that you will be able to love like that. I pray I will some day! God is so good! Anyway...

Just a thought!<3
